A useful fit for

A fit for identifying the silver seven-quart Stay or Go Party Dipper package, with the same documented timed cooker and included separate 20-ounce warmer.

The main tradeoff

The second warmer adds a separate appliance, cord, crock and lid; it does not add capacity to the main cooker. The maker page showed Coming Soon when checked, so this is not an inventory claim.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can this model slow-cook a large batch on a selected timer and switch to Warm?

Yes. It offers 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours on High, Low or Warm and automatically changes to Warm after the timed cook. It is a countdown after cooking starts, not a delayed-start schedule.

Can I secure the glass lid for taking this cooker to another kitchen?

Yes. The wire clips are for carrying the lidded appliance after cooking; they are not to be latched while cooking or storing food, and the manual directs users to carry by the base handles.

Does the exact package include the small Party Dipper warmer?

Yes. This exact 7-quart package lists a separate 20-ounce Party Dipper warmer; it warms dips and appetizers and does not add capacity to the main crock.

The Hamilton Beach 33677 is a seven-quart programmable Stay or Go cooker sold as a silver Party Dipper package. Alongside the main stoneware crock and clip-tight glass lid, its product page lists a separate 20-ounce food warmer with its own crock and lid. That included piece is useful only if you actually want a second small serving vessel; it is not another insert for the large cooker.

Timed slow cooking and travel

The main cooker is programmed with High, Low or Warm and a separate choice of two, four, six, eight or ten hours. Hamilton Beach describes 15 heat-and-duration combinations and an automatic Warm transition when the selected slow-cook cycle ends. It starts cooking when selected; it does not calculate a start time from the hour you want to eat. The manual places cooking and warming under a combined 24-hour continuous-use cap. Warm is a holding setting for thoroughly cooked food, not a raw-food cook setting or a way to bring chilled leftovers back to temperature.

Hamilton Beach calls the main vessel seven quarts and says it serves nine or more, with a seven-pound chicken, five-pound roast and 30-slider quantity as examples. Those figures can help you picture large family or gathering batches, but recipe shape and fill level matter. A seven-quart unit can be excessive for small portions. Published closed dimensions are 11.5 inches tall, 17.3 wide and 11.8 deep; empty weight and open-lid clearance are not given.

For travel, the wire clips attach the lid after cooking. The guide says not to latch them during cooking or storage and to lift by the base handles. Treat the lid as secure for careful carrying, not guaranteed leakproof. The Party Dipper is another item that must be carried separately.

When the small warmer earns counter space

The 20-ounce Party Dipper is described for dips and appetizers on a buffet. It warms automatically when plugged in and does not have a documented slow-cook program, countdown or food-reheating cycle. Its listed outside size is about 6.7 inches tall and 6.3 inches wide and deep with the lid. That is a modest footprint, but the full package still means an extra crock and lid to wash, dry and store. Both the large and small stoneware crocks and their glass lids are listed as dishwasher-safe. The manual calls for the top rack and advises against a Sanitize cycle.

The large crock is oven- and microwave-safe according to the maker, with a critical warning not to heat it empty or put it on a stovetop burner. The glass lid is not for those heat sources. Avoid abrupt temperature changes and wipe the electrical base rather than immersing it. These limitations make it a conventional stoneware slow cooker plus a separate warmer, not a stovetop-to-base searing tool.

Exact package status and alternatives

When the manufacturer page was checked on October 23, 2026, it displayed “Coming Soon.” The model remains worth identifying and comparing, but this is not a claim of present stock. The red 33778 is a separately coded Party Dipper package, and its page lists the same seven-quart cooker, warmer capacity, dimensions, timed operation and dishwasher-care claims; it is a color choice, not a capacity upgrade. The silver 33772 is another exact model with a similar bundle description. Check the model label, included pieces and control layout rather than assuming every silver Stay or Go listing is interchangeable.

Choose a Party Dipper version if a main meal and a small warm dip belong in the same hosting routine and you can accommodate two electrical appliances. If you do not want that extra item, compare the silver 33770 or black 33771, which are listed without a Party Dipper. If your meal needs in-pot stovetop searing, the separate Sear & Cook family addresses that need more directly.

Timed cooking controlsHigh, Low or Warm can be paired with a selected 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10-hour slow-cook duration. Automatic Warm follows a timed slow-cook period; this is not a delayed start or requested meal-finish schedule. The linked SC98 guide caps continuous cooking and warming together at 24 hours.
Removable pot and lid careThe maker says the removable crock can be used in an oven or microwave and lists crock/lid as dishwasher-safe. The Use & Care guide says never heat an empty crock or place it on a burner/stovetop; the glass lid is not for oven or microwave. It calls for top-rack dishwasher care and no Sanitize cycle.
