A useful fit for

For a two-dish routine that also has a real use for a built-in Bake mode. Each 3.7-quart pot can be set separately, and the exact manual documents Bake at 300°F Low or 350°F High.

The main tradeoff

This version does not include the separate 8-quart pot. It has two 3.7-quart vessels rather than one large insert, no user-selected meal-ready clock, and no medium Slow Cook setting. Baking is not a conventional-oven substitute; follow the manual’s rack and bakeware guidance.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Is a named in-cooker Bake program essential alongside the slow-cook functions?

Yes for this configuration. The exact page includes Bake, and the linked manual specifies Low at 300°F and High at 350°F for CPMCRTC37D-OM. Pan fit still needs checking.

Do you need two separate dishes to cook at once, rather than one larger vessel?

The exact product page and manual identify a pair of 3.7-quart pots with separate settings and DualSync. The two capacities do not combine into one larger pot.

Is digital time control compatible with this two-pot Bake configuration?

The manual shows a digital control panel and separate pot selection; the Bake mode has 300°F and 350°F choices. This is not a manual-dial model.

The Crock-Pot MultiMeal CPMCRTC37D-OM combines two 3.7-quart cooking pots with a model-specific Bake program. The Slow Cook and dual-pot layout are shared with other MultiMeal configurations; the detail that separates this Oat Milk model is that its exact manual documents Bake at 300°F or 350°F. That is worth paying attention to only if you will use a built-in baking mode. It is not an 8-quart package, and the normal oven-safe rating for a removable pot is a separate feature from the appliance’s Bake program.

The Bake feature changes the choice

On this exact model, Bake is a programmed cooker function with Low at 300°F and High at 350°F. Crock-Pot’s manual describes cakes, breads and casseroles and gives examples for small baking dishes placed on the included wire rack. That makes the feature more specific than simply lifting a removable pot into a conventional oven. The pot itself is also listed as oven-safe up to 450°F, but the powered base and lids are not. Do not confuse a vessel’s oven rating with permission to put the entire cooker in an oven.

The manual includes suggested bakeware sizes rather than a universal pan-fit promise. Check a dish’s outside dimensions and required depth before counting on a particular bakeware piece. The maker also advises using the rack and adjusting cooking time as needed. This is a countertop multicooker with a few documented Bake temperatures, not a full-size oven substitute; it is best judged as a way to handle certain smaller bakes while the same base remains useful for other cooking modes.

Separate pots make meal pairing possible

Each side has an individual cook mode, temperature and time. The two 3.7-quart nonstick pots can handle two different dishes at once, and the manual’s Sync Finish feature coordinates when both sides become ready. Crock-Pot markets each pot for four or more people, though actual servings depend on the recipe and portions. The capacities do not combine into one 7.4-quart vessel. If one large roast, batch or one-pot stew is your usual plan, the separately bundled CPMCRTC80D-OM—with an additional single 8-quart pot—offers a different arrangement.

For slow cooking, the manual lists Low and High and warns that some traditional slow-cooker recipes may need a different time in this appliance. It does not provide a user-selected time-of-day finish. Sync Finish coordinates two cooking schedules; it is not a clock-based start or meal-ready feature. The feature is most appropriate for recipes whose durations differ by less than two hours, and the manual says not to use it with Sear/Sauté because that function needs supervision. On Bake, the manual also notes that preheating can create small differences in completion timing.

Use the other functions deliberately

The product page lists Slow Cook, Sear/Sauté, Bake, Rice/Steam and Keep Warm. Sear/Sauté can brown ingredients in the same pot used for a later cycle. Rice and Steam share a menu with different temperature choices—High for grains and Low for steaming—and the manual sets a 1.5-cup maximum water volume for Steam. Cooked Slow Cook, Rice, Steam and Bake cycles automatically switch to Warm. Crock-Pot recommends no more than four hours on Warm, so that feature is a short holding period, not a reason to leave food indefinitely after the programmed cycle.

It is not a pressure cooker, and the manual does not list a medium Slow Cook heat setting. If you only use a single conventional slow-cook cycle, a basic digital model is less complex. If you regularly divide meals, want same-base browning, and will use occasional small Bake jobs, the CPMCRTC37D-OM has a more concrete advantage than choosing a finish for appearance alone.

Coating and care are part of the tradeoff

The cooking pots are ceramic-coated and nonstick. Crock-Pot lists the pots, lid and wire rack as dishwasher-safe but recommends hand-washing the pots to extend the coating’s life. The manual calls for nonmetal utensils and says to use only the included pots, not traditional stoneware. The pots are oven-safe up to the product-page limit of 450°F, but they are not stovetop-safe; the lids are not oven-safe. Those limits matter if you expect to move a pot from a burner, use a broiler or store food in another vessel.

Choose this model for its twin-pot layout plus the exact 300°F/350°F Bake program, not on an assumption that all MultiMeal models bake or that this version includes the extra 8-quart pot. The black CPMCRTC37D-SB has the dual 3.7-quart arrangement without documented Bake; the CPMCRTC80D-OM adds a separate 8-quart pot but does not list Bake in its exact-model function set. That difference is the useful comparison—not a claim that one finish cooks better.
